POLICY
Payment and Shipping:
Shipping within the US may take approximately 3-5 business days not including weekends. For shipping on orders out of the US can take up to 6-10 business day. Shipping fees as well as taxes will be added at the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders take approximately 2-3 business days.
Miami Lux Beauty Bar is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received it. You will have to take this up with United States Postal Service.
If your package is returned due to incorrect address you will be responsible for paying shipping fees again.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
NO EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Returns: Items must be returned in their natural state. All items must be unused and unwrapped and include all tags INCLUDING receipt within 7 days. If these steps are not followed, it will be denied. Refunds will be put back on whichever form of payment was used. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
You may request a refund within 72hours of your purchase. After that time frame you will be issued a store credit.
